Shipping policy

All of our orders are currently dispatched using either DPD Next Day Delivery Services or Royal Mail Tracked Services. Please bear in mind, that when selecting postage at check out, this is in reference to the delivery timescale and dispatch timescales must also be factored in. Our dispatch timescales are currently 1-5 working days.

Our current postage options are as follows:

• Royal Mail - Tracked 24
• Royal Mail - Tracked 48 
• Royal Mail - Special Delivery

Please note, that as per Royal Mails Terms of Service, the timescales above are delivery aims and cannot be guaranteed and whilst delivery timescales are usually incredibly accurate, on occasion, errors and issues can occur from a courier perspective, Mhcreations will require adequate time to investigate this with our couriers.

Mhcreations are not liable to pay any compensation as a result of delays, and refund's cannot be processed due to courier issues or delays unless the parcel is deemed as lost in transit by the courier.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please be aware that when placing an international order, a Next Day Delivery Service/Special Delivery Service is not guaranteed and should you wish to confirm timescales, you need to do so prior to placing the order.

Northern Ireland & Guernsey: Orders will be dispatched via a 2-day Delivery Service. The delivery charge remains £4.50 for these areas.
